Mindfulness with Bruce Greenhalgh
Every Wednesday evening @ 7pm via Zoom 

Come along and enjoy a session with Bruce and meet like-minded OBBG members. Bruce offers the best mindfulness tools and practices to build your mindfulness habit. All OBBG members can join a session at any point in the series. It is a great way to meet others and enjoy a session with Bruce, who offers all the right mindfulness tools and practices to build your mindfulness habit. Zoom details will be emailed to you.

Lend A Hand Coffee Morning – volunteer to help make up our post-surgery goody bags (lots of jobs!) and have a chat and cup of tea with other like-minded OBBG members

Our ever popular summer social/evening of Mindfulness. An in person event with Bruce Greenhalgh, followed by refreshments and nibbles

OBBG’s Annual Elizabeth Toohig lecture 2023 
Our keynote speaker at the above event in November was Carolyn Taylor, Professor of oncology and honorary clinical oncologist from University of Oxford, She is one of the lead authors of a BMJ article showing a marked improvement in breast cancer mortality over the last two decades. Professor Carolyn’s presentation examined the research and is available to download here.
